Me vs. The Cats

I have been fighting my own personal war against the neighborhood cats. They have been winning, until now. I have taken the fight to a new level with a Cat Trap rented from Animal Control. And tonight, without any bait I caught my first cat. I sprayed it and let it go, if it comes back; off to the pound. If not then I am sure I will catch more cats. Stay tuned for the breathtaking conclusion. Who will win, me or the cats?

By the way, did tonight's Simpsons episode suck or what? Note to Fox, hire some writers and get rid of the monkeys.

MythTV .19

I have been eagerly waiting for MythTV .19 to be released and it is finally here. I unmasked the gentoo ebuilds and emerged it this morning. No problems upgrading, just reboot the machine and everything was working. I have to say that the new version is great. I love being able to rewind across channel changes and press record in the middle of a show. My ReplayTV couldn't do that.
