Here is my quick review. I signed up for their low price $13 month trial ($23/month after that) service. I thought it had to at least be ok. Boy was I wrong. Instead of getting to play video games I got to wait for games in the mail. I experienced at least a week turnaround times, usually longer. In 45 days of having service I have rented 4 games, and one of them was the wrong game which I had to return. Waiting another two weeks to get a game to play. You can't cancel the service early in the month and then return the games. When you cancel, it is effective immediatly and if you just paid, tough, no refunds. Oh, and they didn't send a friendly email a day or two before charging you for the next month. The charge just kindof shows up.
On the positive side they do have a pretty good web interface. It works a lot like netflix's. You select games to go in your GameQ and they send them out in order. And you can buy rented games at about a $10 discount off retail.
If you have problems with the service don't bother trying to get them fixed, they offer email only support and it is pretty poor.
So to recap, I have been a customer for a 45 days, got to play 3 new games, received one wrong game and one game was lost in the mail when I returned it. So now I only get one game for the rest of the month. I will not be renewing this time.
